Skin – well known for burns – burns, sunburn, radiation burn; external wounds, herpes, acne, hemorrhoids, anal fissures
Gi – inhibits ulcers
Use the gelatinous, H2O-rich part of the interior leaves.
It has over 150 different ingredients such as enzymes, vitamins, saponins, tannings and many others. Aloe has intensive protective and nurturing effects.
Side Effects: Don’t use it over the long period of time if taken internally. It can cause stomach cramps, have laxative effect and vomiting (risk of electrolyte loss).
Contraindication: acute and inflamed intestinal disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, kids younger than 12 years old.
